- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- Toppings:
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and melt chocolate chips to drizzle on top.
