Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake topped with caramel, pecans, and chocolate for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • Toppings:
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and melt chocolate chips to drizzle on top.
