- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, drain excess fat, and stir in taco seasoning as per packet instructions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a greased pizza pan or baking sheet, press seams to seal, and form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Spread the cooked taco meat over the pre-baked crust, top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for another 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
Notes
Ensure the crescent rolls are pressed firmly to avoid sogginess. Adjust toppings to taste.
