Description

Delicious chicken wings transformed into lollipops, breaded and fried to perfection for a crispy, addictive snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken wings by cutting and shaping them into lollipops.
  2. Season the lollipops with salt and pepper.
  3. Dredge each lollipop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the lollipops until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-fry the lollipops. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
