- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken wings by cutting and shaping them into lollipops.
- Season the lollipops with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each lollipop in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the lollipops until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-fry the lollipops. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
