- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Trim the chicken drumsticks and push the meat to one end to form lollipops.
- Marinate: In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Coat the chicken lollipops and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Coat the chicken: Dip each marinated lollipop in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the lollipops until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
- Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, bake instead of frying at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
