Description

Crispy chicken drumsticks shaped into lollipops, perfect for appetizers or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Trim the chicken drumsticks and push the meat to one end to form lollipops.
  2. Marinate: In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Coat the chicken lollipops and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Coat the chicken: Dip each marinated lollipop in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the lollipops until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

For a healthier option, bake instead of frying at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
