Crispy Chilli Beef Rice

Description

A flavorful stir-fried beef dish with crispy texture, mixed with rice and spicy chili sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add beef slices and fry until crispy, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove beef and set aside.
  4. In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Return beef to the wok and add soy sauce and chili sauce; mix well.
  6. Add cooked rice and stir until heated through.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, double-fry the beef.
