- 500g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add beef slices and fry until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same wok, add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Return beef to the wok and add soy sauce and chili sauce; mix well.
- Add cooked rice and stir until heated through.
- Serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, double-fry the beef.
