- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
- 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain.
- Add onion and cook until softened.
- Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker.
- Stir in chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
