Description

A hearty and flavorful soup made with ground beef, beans, corn, and taco seasoning, perfect for a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chili beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned; drain.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Transfer beef mixture to a slow cooker.
  4. Stir in chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, beer, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning.
  5. Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Serve hot with optional toppings like cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
