- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the browned ground beef on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle chopped onion and shredded cheese over the beef.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the layers.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
