Description

A hearty and comforting slow-cooked casserole featuring ground beef and potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. Layer sliced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add the browned ground beef on top of the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle chopped onion and shredded cheese over the beef.
  5. Pour the cream of mushroom soup evenly over the layers.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
