Description
These slow cooker parmesan roasted potatoes are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and packed with garlic and parmesan flavor. Perfect side dish for any meal!
Ingredients

- 3 pounds baby red potatoes halved
 - 1/2 cup olive oil
 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 4 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 teaspoon dried basil
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Wash and halve the potatoes.
 - In a large bowl, mix olive oil, parmesan, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
 - Add potatoes to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
 - Place coated potatoes in the crockpot.
 - Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours, until tender.
 - Sprinkle additional parmesan on top before serving if desired.
 
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can place the potatoes under the broiler for 2-3 minutes before serving. This recipe serves 6-8 people as a side dish.
