- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen pierogies
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Layer the frozen pierogies in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the sliced sausage and chopped onion on top of the pierogies.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined.
- Pour the soup mixture over the layers in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until everything is heated through and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
