Description
This easy crockpot recipe combines taco flavors with spaghetti for a hearty family dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 8 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Pour in the spaghetti sauce, black beans, and corn; stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, break the spaghetti noodles into the crockpot and stir.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
- Serve hot and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapenos or use spicy taco seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
