This easy crockpot recipe combines taco flavors with spaghetti for a hearty family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and stir until well coated.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Pour in the spaghetti sauce, black beans, and corn; stir to combine.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. About 30 minutes before serving, break the spaghetti noodles into the crockpot and stir.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  8. Serve hot and season with salt and pepper as needed.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapenos or use spicy taco seasoning. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
