Delicious cookies combining the crunch of Oreos with creamy white chocolate for the perfect sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just blended.
  6. Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop rounded spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until light golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. For extra crunch, add more Oreos.
