Description

A rich and creamy cheesecake featuring swirls of chocolate and strawberry flavors, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry puree
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. For the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
  4. Divide the filling into two bowls. Stir strawberry puree into one and melted chocolate into the other.
  5. Pour the mixtures alternately into the crust and swirl with a knife.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Notes

For best results, use fresh strawberries for the puree and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
