- Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Filling:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- For the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- For the filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream.
- Divide the filling into two bowls. Stir strawberry puree into one and melted chocolate into the other.
- Pour the mixtures alternately into the crust and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until the center is set. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries for the puree and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
