Description

A decadent dessert featuring creamy cheesecake stuffed with fresh strawberries, then deep-fried to golden perfection for a crispy exterior.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in sliced strawberries.
  2. Spoon the mixture into molds or shape into balls and freeze for 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and milk to make batter.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or pot to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Dip frozen cheesecake balls into batter, then fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Notes

For a healthier twist, use air fryer at 350°F for 10 minutes. Ensure oil is hot to avoid sogginess.
