A tangy and addictive snack mix featuring Chex cereal flavored with dill pickles.

- 9 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup dill pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons dried dill
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250Β°F.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex cereal and pretzel sticks.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, dill pickle juice, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.
Notes
For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
