Ingredients

  • 100g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Cucumber slices for serving

Instructions

  1. Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a clean surface.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon slices.
  4. Carefully roll up the salmon slices into tight roulades.
