Instructions
- Lay out the smoked salmon slices on a clean surface.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the salmon slices.
- Carefully roll up the salmon slices into tight roulades.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before serving.
