This no-bake ice cream cake combines bananas, ice cream, and toppings for a fun dessert.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup strawberry ice cream topping
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
- Chopped nuts for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan to form the crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the crust.
- Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the bananas.
- Drizzle with strawberry ice cream topping and chocolate syrup.
- Top with whipped cream, cherries, and chopped nuts.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving to slightly soften.
Notes
For best results, use fresh bananas and serve chilled. This recipe can be customized with different ice cream flavors.
