Ingredients

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 dash ground black pepper
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and ketchup; stir until smooth.
- Add horseradish, paprika, salt, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper; mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled with blooming onions or other appetizers.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the cayenne pepper to taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
