- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- Topping:
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes.
- Cool, then top with apple slices and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
