Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • Topping:
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour filling over crust and bake for 50 minutes.
  5. Cool, then top with apple slices and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
