Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups apple, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  4. Fold in diced apples and pour mixture over crust.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

Use fresh apples for best flavor; refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
