- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups apple, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Fold in diced apples and pour mixture over crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
Use fresh apples for best flavor; refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
