- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- For topping: 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
- Pour over crust. Spoon apple pie filling over batter; swirl gently with knife.
- Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
