Description

A simple and decadent cheesecake featuring caramel and fresh apples, perfect for fall gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • For topping: 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  4. Pour over crust. Spoon apple pie filling over batter; swirl gently with knife.
  5. Bake 55 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with pecans before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature for smooth mixing. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
