Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
- Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
