Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream, caramel sauce, and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes.
  7. Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
