- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Pour half the batter over the crust; drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate.
- Add the remaining batter and swirl in the remaining caramel and chocolate.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For a gooier texture, use homemade caramel sauce. Chill overnight for best results.
