Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Pour half the batter over the crust; drizzle with half the caramel sauce and half the melted chocolate.
  6. Add the remaining batter and swirl in the remaining caramel and chocolate.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
  8. Cool on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a gooier texture, use homemade caramel sauce. Chill overnight for best results.
