Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly; press into the pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with pecans and caramel bits.
- Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and bake for another 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.
