- 1 cup diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup diced ham
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced ham, and broccoli florets.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Pour the soup mixture over the rice and meat mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
