Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, diced ham, and broccoli florets.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the rice and meat mixture, stirring to combine evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
