Description
A simple no-bake dessert using coconut and condensed milk for a sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the shredded coconut and mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a variation, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut before chilling.
