Description

A simple no-bake dessert using coconut and condensed milk for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  2. Gradually add the shredded coconut and mix until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  7. Serve chilled.

Notes

These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a variation, roll the balls in additional shredded coconut before chilling.
