These easy stuffed mushrooms are filled with a delicious mixture of crab meat and cheese, making them a perfect appetizer for any occasion.

- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, stems removed
- 6 ounces crab meat, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and stuff each with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling mixture.
