Instructions
- In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites mixture gently.
- Add chopped cranberries and food coloring if desired, then pipe onto baking sheets.
- Let rest for 30 minutes, then bake at 300°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool completely and sandwich with cranberry buttercream if desired.
