For the Crust:

  • 1 pound jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells, then top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
