For the Crust:
- 1 pound jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, Cajun seasoning, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, and half the Parmesan cheese.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the chicken mixture and arrange in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Pour the cream sauce over the stuffed shells, then top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Serve warm.
