Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, spinach, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.

Notes

For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
