- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 3 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, spinach, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and sour cream.
