Description

A creamy and easy corn dip made with cream cheese, perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) of corn kernels, drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Add the drained corn kernels, shredded cheddar cheese, diced green onions, diced red bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For a spicier version, add chopped jalapeños.
