Creamy and delicious seafood stuffed shells perfect for a special dinner.
Ingredients

- 24 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
- 8 oz crab meat, drained
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Notes
These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
