Easy Creamy Seafood Stuffed Shells

Description

Creamy and delicious seafood stuffed shells perfect for a special dinner.


Ingredients

  • 24 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 8 oz crab meat, drained
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells according to package directions until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture.
  5. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Notes

These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
