Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200Β°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and Jello powder, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off oven and let cookies cool inside for another hour.
