A light and flavorful baked haddock dish infused with Mediterranean herbs and garlic.

For the Crust:

  • 4 haddock fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat the haddock fillets dry and place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Brush the mixture evenly over the haddock fillets.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
