Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and rub the herb mixture over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.
