Easy Mediterranean Salmon with Herbs

Description

A flavorful and healthy salmon dish infused with Mediterranean herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, oregano, basil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and rub the herb mixture over them.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through.

Notes

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
