Description

A refreshing, no-bake dessert featuring layers of graham crackers, bananas, pineapple, and whipped cream, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • maraschino cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the crust.
  3. Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth; spread over the pineapple layer.
  5. Top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.

Notes

This cake must be refrigerated and is best served chilled. For a healthier version, use low-fat cream cheese and whipped topping.
