- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for added crunch
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips.
- Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, and continue heating in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Stir in the chow mein noodles until evenly coated.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
- Allow to cool and harden at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving.
