Description

These no-bake tiramisu truffles are a delightful Italian-inspired dessert, combining the flavors of coffee, chocolate, and mascarpone without any cooking required. Perfect for parties or a quick sweet treat!


Ingredients

  • For the truffles:
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, softened
  • 1 cup finely crushed ladyfingers
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For coating:
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the mascarpone cheese, crushed ladyfingers, powdered sugar, instant coffee powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch each) and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and return to the tray.
  5. Dust with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

These truffles are best served chilled. Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
