Ingredients

  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the beef broth and milk; bring to a simmer.
