- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the sliced onion, bell peppers, and garlic to the skillet; cook until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth and milk; bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese; stir until cheese is melted and everything is combined.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
