Description

These Easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a quick and delicious way to enjoy the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak in slider form, perfect for parties or a family meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  3. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the cooked steak mixture on the rolls, top with provolone cheese, and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are toasted.

Notes

For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the steak mixture.
