These Easy Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a quick and delicious way to enjoy the classic flavors of a Philly cheesesteak in slider form, perfect for parties or a family meal.

- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 slider rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked steak mixture on the rolls, top with provolone cheese, and cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are toasted.
Notes
For a spicier version, add sliced jalapeΓ±os or hot sauce to the steak mixture.
