Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
