Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the crushed pineapple (with juice), eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before serving.
