Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 package of potsticker wrappers
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
  2. Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  3. Stir in cabbage, carrot, and soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add potsticker wrappers and simmer for 10 minutes until they are cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with tofu and use vegetable broth.
