- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 package of potsticker wrappers
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Add ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in cabbage, carrot, and soy sauce, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add potsticker wrappers and simmer for 10 minutes until they are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with tofu and use vegetable broth.
