- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
- Gradually stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip each ball halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Notes
These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
