Simple no-bake treats made with peanut butter, honey, and rice krispies, perfect for a quick dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Gradually stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each ball halfway into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.

Notes

These balls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
