Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • For the sauce: 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  5. For the sauce: Blend avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cumin until smooth.
  6. Serve salmon balls with the creamy avocado sauce on top.
