Description

This Taco Spaghetti recipe combines the bold flavors of tacos with classic spaghetti for a fun and hearty family meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Optional: Sour cream and chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  3. Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and water to the skillet with the beef; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover until cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with sour cream and green onions if desired.

Notes
