- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
- 1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- Optional: Sour cream and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and water to the skillet with the beef; stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot, garnished with sour cream and green onions if desired.
