- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain fat.
- Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water to the skillet; stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
