Description

A delicious fusion of tacos and spaghetti, featuring seasoned ground beef, cheese, and pasta.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water to the skillet; stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese melts.
  6. Serve hot.
