- 2 cups grilled chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
- Add the shredded grilled chicken and diced cucumber to the sauce and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra dill if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat Greek yogurt. This salad pairs well with pita bread.
