Description

A simple and festive brownie recipe featuring Valentine’s Day M&M’s for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Valentine's M&M's candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in the M&M's candies gently to distribute them evenly.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
