Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
