A delightful twist on cheesecake with a lemon marbled effect.
Ingredients
- Crust: 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, 2 tbsp sugar
- Filling: 16 oz cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs
- Lemon Marble: 1/2 cup lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F.
- 2. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan.
- 3. Beat cream cheese and sugar, add eggs.
- 4. Pour filling over crust.
- 5. Swirl in lemon mixture.
- 6. Bake for 30 minutes.
